Need to Reset Phone - Microsoft Community

ok...here dilemma, sold windows 10 nokia lumia 650; however, when buyer received phone locked not used. after received device have found having same issue buyer did phone. removed device account have been trying pretty day reset phone without key using ms account. when put in account info gives me message network connection not available though phone connected internet. did find link input recovery key; since deleted device account cannot find recovery key. please me solve issue...juliaray_1126

reset protection provides layer of protection phone can't reused or reset. since phone no longer listed on account.microsoft.com/devices, should have copy of recovery key on email address associated microsoft account.
