Surprised virus on my Lumia 630 phone 📱 - Microsoft Community


as stated, more surprised.

i love windows phone due no virus risk case seems different.

i got lumia 630 connected pc in data storage mode , battling virus. pictures no longer display , apps crash more often. worst of all, pc can no longer recognise phone when plugged in can't go , in state, hard reset big loss me.

please kindly advise.

windows phone won't affected virus because of secured operating system. resolved, please make sure phone software , apps updated. phone software, go settings> under system, tap phone update> check updates. apps, go store> tap menu @ lower right corner> settings> check updates.

after updating phone software , apps, perform soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.
