unable to send messages while roaming - Microsoft Community


have lumia 550 right in roaming state , unable text 1 , update lumia setting though have unlimited data plan on sim card every time shows "your connection in roaming. try again later"

regarding concern, if allow roaming, can use cellular data when phone in roaming area. depending on phone plan, might pay more data use when roaming. mobile operators let specify kind of data roaming want allow—domestic or domestic + international roaming.  let's sort out providing information below:
