to identify cause of issue , find proper resolution it, please tell windows update referring to.

update history available can see updates installed, , when. can use list remove specific updates, although don't recommend unless it's necessary.

see update history in windows 10: select start button, select settings > update & security > windows update > advanced options > view update history.
