Authenticator won't reinstall, Microsoft Authenticator won't - Microsoft Community

i had authenticator microsoft corporation on windows 10 mobile lumia. after creators update, checked settings, did backup , reset device per http://allaboutwindowsphone.com/features/item/22053_how_to_prep_for_and_refresh_a_.php

authenticator did not re-install. go store phone , app there key symbol (as before) unable install. store says "you own product" know. there no way install it.

i search authenticator in store , offered microsoft authenticator (with padlock symbol). install not restore details authenticator.

so barred access accounts setup 2fa. gee, thanks.

how can authenticator or, alternatively, microsoft authenticator import details authenticator?
