Bug: Different thread stats and behaviors when logged in - Microsoft Community

when opened thread, noticed signed out. so, clicked on sign in , when returned noticed number of me votes increased. number of helpful votes on replies changed too.

see these screenshots:

when i'm signed in =>

=========================================================================

=========================================================================

=========================================================================

when opened same thread in inprivate mode (not signed in)=>

=========================================================================

=========================================================================

=========================================================================

to test behavior, tried on thread. although number of votes same, noticed when logged in 'most helpful reply' not visible while when signed out is.

screenshots:

when i'm logged in=>

when i'm logged out =>

ps: not mention missing cm badge when i'm not logged in, bug reported.

edit: btw, used have controls resize image in editor. can't find those. these screenshots quite large in size. if can, please resize them post becomes bit viewable.

hi prashant,

i can confirm/validate/replicate identical numbers (& missing cm designation in post) first case (except show 11 replies in both modes rather 12) - using w10prox64 insider build 15014 , ie 11.

i didn't test second case since issue validated - if needed.

screenshots fine me on 17.3" laptop/notebook internal display using same settings use.

and i'm normal user, so the issue probably isn't related logged-in settings cm (except 12 vs. 11 imagine deleted post can see can't).

fwiw,

kosh
