IE spelling suggestions appear a long way from the misspelt word - Microsoft Community


if type text box on web site , ie underlines word because spelt wrong, when right-click word spelling suggestions menu appears on left-hand side of primary monitor. happens if have positioned browser on right-hand side of monitor, or worse if browser displayed on secondary monitor.

this seems have happened since recent windows update. have had several users report same problem me.

anyone know of fix?

since suggestion have provided did not resolve issue, suggest start pc in safe mode. safe mode starts windows in basic state, using limited set of files , drivers. can troubleshoot problems on pc. if problem doesn't happen in safe mode, you'll know default settings , basic device drivers aren't causing issue. check link steps.
