Insider preview updates - Microsoft Community

i'm baffled problem.

i have 2 desktop pcs equipped identically.

both running fast ring insider previews windows 10 home

neither has odd ball software installed , both attached same home network, 1 wirelessly , other hard wired.

computer #1 updates , installs update finds, including not limited insider preview builds , restarts without interaction me.  running build 16199.

computer #2 won't update without significant intervention on part.  every search in settings|windows update tells me no updates available.  way able build 16193 manual download , installation of iso file.  lack of automatic update affecting updates windows defender.

i think know problem lies can't fix it.  in settings|windows insider program there following: " organization (that's me alone) manages insider preview builds through telemetry group policy setting."  below greyed out "fix me" button.  despite searches on line find out came , how change i've been unsuccessful.  when installed original windows update win 7 10, wasn't there.  don't remember when first appeared it's been there since @ least builds around 149xx.

computer #1 not have restriction , never has.  updates have worked (always on #1, sometime, though not on #2) have installed without of freezing problems others have reported.

i want both of these machine update automatically.  can walk me through removing telemetry group policy problem.

didn't post details systems are, best thing can offer clean install, remember few builds had issue might able search it.
