when try access following web page using internet explorer :

i notice that the web page becomes unresponsive, i can't scroll or open links, else experiencing issue, both pc , internet explorer date.

hi,

try these procedures. check after each. 1 of easiest procedures might

resolve issue.

1. ie> file> new session. new session might not have problem

2. close ie windows close leftover iexplore processes

   task manager (ctrl+alt+del) open ie , try site

3. internet options> general tab> browsing history> delete> uncheck

   "preserve favorites website data" delete temporary internet files.

   no reason, yet, delete cookies, history,  passwords, etc.

4. restart computer
