Nokia Lumia 930 - Microsoft Community


have phone nokia lumia 930. software upgraded windows 10. microphone not work properly. when use voice recorder or whatsapp video call microphone not work (very weak sound or no sound recorder or partner in video call don't hear me). on other hand whem make video clip have sound recordered.what problem? software or device? please me! thank you!

  • when did issue begin occur?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
