hello,

speech runtime speech recognition executable file enable voice commands cortana.

there reports adjusting page file size recommended system solves many issue. may sound little not related please try this:

  1. in search tab of start menu, type "adjust appearance , performance of windows" , press enter.
  2. go advanced tab , click change... button in virtual memory section
  3. at top, uncheck box right before "automatically manage paging file size drives" option.
  4. select drive c: (or drive windows 10 installed).
  5. select custom size: ticking radio button, , change initial size (mb) , maximum size (mb) recommended value find below total paging file size drivers section.

we suggest run system file checker tool scan , fix corrupted system files. can refer article on how run sfc scan.
