hello. have microsoft lumia 640xl lte dual sim. when i'm using vpn , can't open page browsers. try pptp , l2tp , cisco connection failed. .i tested internet simcard , vpn server on android device , didn't problem. restarted , did reset factory , update phone os build 10.0.14393.576 have problem yet . when phone windows 8.1 , didn't have problem. i'm confused lot because in few weeks ago had problem on 1 of 2 simcards have on both simcards , wi fi different internet oprator. i'm talking iran . lot kind attention.

regarding concern, if using windows built-in client vpn, suggest setup new connection scratch , avoid choosing protocol. leave protocol automatic. also, not change later other protocol.
