trying download excel file page of firm intranet site, got both in edge , in ie11 (windows 10 pc) following alert: "content blocked because not signed valid security certificate".
while in edge not know how anyway install certificate , in case right me, did in ie installing certificate, same warning displayed: "content blocked because not signed valid security certificate".
i see matter of fact "microsoft in endeavor provide more security released update kb2661254, sets a minimum rsa length of 1024. this has been incorporated default in internet explorer 10.
if wish visit website use less 1024 have request website administrators issue certificate".
cause cannot ask releasing new certificate intranet have use, have workaround let me work before. tried suggestion change registry key value, i not find anymore suggested key (even searching minrsapubkeybitlength in whole registry): http://asdirkseesit.blogspot.it/2013/01/ie-certificate-continue-to-this-website.html

may ask if you've tried use different browser google chrome , mozilla firefox?
you may try these steps troubleshoot concern:
- open internet explorer.
- click tools > internet options.
- go security tab > in select zone view or change security settings section choose trusted sites.
- hit sites > type website > add > close > apply > ok.
