All Favorites disappear about once per month - Microsoft Community


about once month when open explorer of saved favorites in toolbar , in favorites drop down missing.  when try import them again it's older version.  how can stop happening.

unfortunately, don't know how stop if happening...

take @ answers similar question on how can recover lost favorites, , how better protect them next time happens.
