Dead Lumia 550 - Microsoft Community

hello,

today have recieved lumia 550 b2x customer service (hungary). according note attached replaced motherboard.

after turning device on got stuck on 2 spinning wheels , sad emoticon appears, whole repeats.

i tried solutions proposed in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_wintp-insider_repair/windows-phone-device-recovery/08817dc2-9a69-4f6d-9dec-dfde8b6bac28 , nothing works.

would greatful works.

what's more turn's out got different phone because imei different 1 sent b2x.
