hanging problem - Microsoft Community


hi device detail phone got hang /screen freeze time auto switch off when use power button switch on dosent work on both situation think work remove battery , put again why happen plz help

let's start working on performing soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts. after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
