How to skip version 16184 - Microsoft Community


this downloaded , installed there problem it.  loads desktop without wallpaper , icons....just black background.  try use program or mail or whatever big sad face saying pc has encountered problem , needs restart.  figuring there problem installation, used backup couple of days previous , went through installation of version 16184 on again - same problem 2nd time used backup again recover previous version.

how rid of update?  don't want it  , have had used metered connection option stop installing totally gone.

any help?

i suggest switch different account on computer , see if issue still persists.
