Lightning bolt and gear screen - Microsoft Community


lumia 640 lte phone won't shut off , won't power on past initial windows logo screen.  the furthest lightning bolt , gear screen. tried volume up,  volume down,  power, , volume down button combo no avail.  any appreciated. 

before doing rest mention in post need press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates press volume down until see big ! mark perform steps mention in post if did steps mentioned , it's not helping may need download windows device recovery tool on pc , follow instructions let know how go or if need more rgds roy
