hie have lumia 830 phone not charging 100pcnt plz

hi,

issues phone charging can either software or hardware-related. distinguish cause of it, , able resolve properly, have tried using different charger on phone see if full charge time?

similarly, try using charger on different device , see if same issue persist.

let know happens after trying these out.
