Phone screen blank following update - Microsoft Community

my phone (nokia lumia 930) updated automatically couple of days ago.  since update (it has been running windows 10) when receive or make calls screen goes blank.  tapping or swiping the screen not work.  consequently relying on the person speaking with to end any call because cannot.  having turn off phone , restart gain use.  have no problems of other functions.

any solutions gratefully received.  thank you

when phone updates new version, there chances when updates not jive existing settings of phone.

in cases these, recommend phone subjected reset, starting soft reset, pressing power , volume down button 15 seconds. after releasing hold, phone reboot, wait finish , try make call, check if issues still persisting.

let know if still encounter issues after soft reset.
