Windows 10 Insider Jan 2017 Update Stuck af Welcome - Microsoft Community


hi all,

it seemslike surface pro 4 didnt went jan 2017 fast ring update. stuck welcome message after logon through either face pin or passwd. if inretry use power button on lower right of screen have choice of update , restart or update , shutdown doesnt anything. 

i have reset looks strange worked yesterday after update.

any ideas anybody?

  1. are getting error messages?
  2. any other troubleshooting steps have tried far aside ones you've mentioned?
  3. can possibly send screenshot?
