i've noticed peculiar behavior on windows 8.1 blu win hd lte phone finding difficult latch onto cellular signal while roaming in northern indian himalayan state of himachal pradesh on ind airtel india cellular network. peculiar behavior switched on or off data ( edge or hsdpa), phone show alert balance deduction prepaid account, though did not send text sms anyone. contacted cellular service provider airtel, , kind enough investigate, , reported total of 6 texts sent cellphone sms gateway  number 58234 costing inr 1.5 without consent, knowledge or authorization. not know number for, , did not tell me content of sms was. microsoft familiar sms number? kind of positioning or find phone sms gateway? how switch off texting on cellphone? please not ask me upgrade windows phone 10 have experienced similar problems while roaming blu win hd lte phone. odd thing happens while roaming, , in north india, not when locked home network. in addition having problems latching onto cellular signal, everytime handoff occurred 1 cellular tower another. if cellular networks in india doing presently, i'd hate transition teledesic ;) if ever launched, maybe windows phone other windows phone , android cellphones carrying while roaming did not present similar headaches. there braveheart dares rescue cellphone in shining armor?
