appx & xap files are not using on my phone. ☹ help me.. - Microsoft Community


i'm on build 14393.953 on lumia550. when try install .appx file install without problem isn't open , xap file doesn't install , says "can't install app, contact person gave u app". download appx & xap files appx4fun.com.

please help.

  • when did issue start?
  • does issue occur on applications you're downloading on website?
  • have checked if same issue happen if download apps microsoft store app on lumia 550?
