downloaded , installed internet explorer 9 windows vista cannot find anywhere in programs or applications.  can of suggest is, how can retrieve , use browser?

internet explorer part of windows , if open start , search internet explorer, should able find it.

if not, open control panel , in programs , features, under turn windows features on or off, make sure internet explorer checked.
