windows phone displays charging mode when connected laptop. lumia 435. please how switch charging mode able transfer files pc phone. please need

shouldnt have once plug in via usb cable little screen should pop on bottom right hand corner of pc screen click on , screen pop in top right corner of pc various options if thats not happening unplug , try again if still not happening reset phone , try again rgds roy
