lumia turning off no reason,without charger cannot turn on or use more 5-10 min if batery charged.

in order assist concern, need following information:

• what current operating system?
• when did issue start?
• are receiving specific error messages or codes?
  
• what troubleshooting procedures have tried far?

for meantime, can perform hard reset using phone's hardware buttons.

1. press , hold volume down and power buttons @ same time until feel vibration (about 10–15 seconds).

2. when feel vibration, release buttons, , press , hold volume down button until see large exclamation mark.

3. once exclamation mark appears, press following 4 buttons in order: volume up , volume down , power , volume down . phone should reset , restart itself. (it might take while reset finish.)

please note resetting phone delete personal data , settings. if automatic backup turned on, can check files backed signing in onedrive account. after signing in, go settings > options > device backups , you'll see list of backups.
