is there way open pm.hsh , pm.msg outlook files windows message + backup app creates?

i have copied folders , files on pc have reset 950 xl.

i want open files on pc can verify contain in order before reset phone.

i lost while , pure luck , absolute relentless time wasting exercise in continually restiing phone , restoring up.

eventually got of text messages lucky because needed legal reasons.

i have been lucky recipient of office 365 "support" agent me delete 59 gb of data.

and after windows 10 "upgrade" destroyed old pc fair dont trust microsoft important.
