Username registered - Microsoft Community

when registered phone 18 months ago. username came not of decision. repeated name. have tried several times put in password nothing works. means unable apps.

how can change username , password.

or reset , keep stuff.

the hard reset bring phone factory settings, same state when device first turned on. suggest perform on lumia 535 , check if username , password still same. please back stuff avoid data loss.

let know how works out.
