Conacts disappearing - Microsoft Community


i having trouble phone number contacts disappearing list.  not recorded in people , no longer in contacts section of phone.

the cloud backup googlecontacts occurred in windows8.1 phone no longer happens either.

in order resolve concern, provide following information?

  • what model of phone?
  • have made changes on phone, or installed software, prior this?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
