Contacts' image not displaying while dialing a call to someone - Microsoft Community


i want report problem microsoft lumia 535 windows 10 device not showing image of person while calling him/her. instead of image saved in people app's settings cross sign appears.

pls me fix issue. , please don't want give me suggestion restarting mobile or resetting because have tried both of them

  • when did issue start?
  • were able check if there available update. if not, go settings > update & security > phone updates > check updates.
