Cortana not working - Microsoft Community


i have  950xl.

cortana wakes if hey cortana, doesn't listen when press microphone button.

nor work if type request in set reminder.

it doesn't speak either.

it used fine on 925

can't uninstall , re-install there's no appropriate option.

uk supported.

not said speech setting.

with region set uk , language , speech set english uk things should work.

after make changes try soft reset on the phone.

a soft reset not lose data. pulling battery.
hold volume down button , power button down until phone vibrates, release. takes 10 seconds.  phone shutdown , restart.

ignore slid down power off
