i can't download cortana speech language on mobile build 15063

i can't download   english (us) speech language 

is still bug ?

it works here, tested. however, user interface horrible, friendly spoken.

all apps » settings » time , language » speech » add language » english (united states) » download

then, english shows status ‘downloading’ in list. (short) tap on , button labeled ‘status’. select ‘status’ button , redirected apps » settings » update » phone update. there should following text: ‘a restart required finish installing following updates: • additional language support’.

  1. do see button ‘restart now’ there?
  2. what happens when go that, error code?
