Logging into my account with Spectrum.net - Microsoft Community

being denied access account spectrum has emails.  i getting message "this site can't provide secure connection.  www.spectrum.net sent invalid response.    err-ssl-protocol-error.  also in address bar code 403 forbidden shows unauthenticated-routing/?domain-redirect=true.  i able connect using computer in house, spectrum says it's microsoft or dell problem.  i'm using dell computer windows 7 32 bit system.  has had problem or have suggestions on solution or contact help??  thanks

from ie go tools>internet options>security tab,

1. click "reset zones default"

2. select trusted sites icon, 'sites' button..... should see list of website domains have placed in list.....

remove spectrum.net (or *.spectrum.net or https://spectrum.net) list.....

save changes.

generally home users of internet have no need use ie security zone settings.... secure websites (that use https protocol) work (viz: data encrypted) if not in trusted sites list.
