Microsoft 550 Headphone Jack - Microsoft Community


i have noticed since christmas headphone jack no longer recognise 3.5m headphones. until have not wanted use headphones wish listen podcasts , music, unable to.

i have restarted phone twice groove music not interested in playing through external speakers, after resetting now, headphones still not registered.

have checked if have new software available? go settings > update & security > phone update , tap check updates.
