have tried selecting preferred language locale using globe icon @ bottom left corner of every microsoft community page?

is 1 thread or threads? if 1 thread, thread may have been moved different language locale? please check post history (click date) of op in thread see. if in doubt provide link thread here can investigate.

is profile page , email notifications showing in german?
