Nokia 6710 Navigator Symbian OS v9.3 software where to download? - Microsoft Community


after reset of mobile 'nokia 6710 navigator symbian os v9.3' have lost all software updates,
cannot start 'drive' navigator, lost 'maps', cannot start 'my position'.

can someone, please, me can download these software updates fix phone problems?

i'll appreciate help.

after reset, nokia 6710 navigator should fall in-rom variant of nokia maps. therefore, please, dial *#0000# , post (just) software version. furthermore, remove battery (cover) , post (just) nokia product code – 7 letter code starting 05.

until analyzed, please,

  1. change date of phone in year 2015
  2. install nokia maps 3.04 10wk17
  3. install nokia maps 3.04 10wk32
  4. update latest certificate authorities…
  5. as web browser, recommend opera mini symbian: m.opera.com

that should give nokia maps, shows position , allows drive navigation. please, report, if still fail. however, map app. might have download map data manually, example europe. furthermore, map data has not been updated since december 2012.
