Text suggestions not downloading successfully - Microsoft Community


hi all,

  have nokia 735 running windows mobile 10 1607 10.0.14393.693.

i did hard reset fix issue. while reapplying settings have additional keyboard added, gives error: text suggestions update keyboard didn't download successfully. click retry goes off , says: preparing download. after moment says: attention required. repeated retries fail.

so how can text suggestions installed? i've removed keyboard language, restarted phone , added download still fails.

do have 'insider' application installed , activated ?

back on forum after long layoff not sure suggestions / solutions still applicable check if helps...
