screwing around , trying see happen if moved time forward 50+ years @ least 2099 , after went started getting license error saying build expire in dec 2017 , keeps showing up. , updates dev build in cycle , wont update have windows 10 pro build 16199.rs_prerelease.170513-2252

it's not bug, insider builds have expire date.

you have triggered expire date mechanism unfortunately.

you might forced clean install.
