White Screen on Lumia 630 - Microsoft Community

restarted lumia 630 ,  blank white screen has since appeared , won't go off. can't beyond white screen.  tried soft reset holding volume down key , power button till phone vibrated no avail. no opportunity up, haven't , don't want attempt hard reset. please suggestions may wrong or can rectify this? thanks.

this seems device os not responding or doesn't work expected. since restarting or performing soft reset didn't work, resetting phone way resolve this. process erase content stored in phone. can check device backups on onedrive signing in here (if there's any).

moving forward, suggest stuff every , or turning on automatic backup make sure saving important things onedrive if in case happens phone. more details on how backup stuff, can refer on link.
