why don't microsoft repair jpg.thumb camera failure? nokia 830. when take picture camera saves jpg.thumb file format , low quality. no more windows phone!!!

we suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.

if soft reset didn't work, suggest perform hard reset instead. can reset phone under settings: settings  > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. go to settings > backup > apps + settings > back now.
