Microsoft account required to update apps in Lumia 640XL - Microsoft Community


i have forgot password , mobile number associated verification text has changed. update asking password account *** email address removed privacy ***, not remember signing account.

microsoft asking previous passwords , password have used forgotten.

it not sharing password reset link. add problem, seems dual verification activated sales person while setting microsoft account.

is there way out (without factory reset)?
