when opening store of microsoft lumia 535 getting error 0x8000ffff.

help me correct it.

there may incorrect setting on phone. let's work on providing information below:

  • what's os build installed on lumia 535? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue start?
  • are using cellular data or wifi connect internet?
  • is date , time settings on lumia 535 set according region? manually setting make difference? that, can go settings > time , language > date+time (lumia windows phone 8: settings > date+time) > turn set date , time automatically off , manually set current date, time , zone.
