Caller ID photo - Microsoft Community


so have lumia 640xl it's got windows 10. updated months ago.

but few weeks whenever call or call , person has photo contact not see picture gray circle x in middle.

what's problem? how can fix it?

we know more caller id issue experiencing. please provide following information:

  • what phone's os build? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • have tried troubleshooting steps?

you can try perform soft reset refresh phone. method not remove on phone , safe attempt. this, press , hold volume down and power buttons until phone vibrates , restarts.
