Can't send messages from messenger app - Microsoft Community


messages. not sending fb messenger app. why ?

i think have phone windows phone 8.1 or older os?

facebook has dropped support older os'ses.

if phone supported upgrading windows 10 mobile, upgrade , can use fb messenger again.

if phone not supported upgrading windows 10 mobile, out of luck.

you can use web services facebook had on website. fb messenger not work anymore.
