Cannot get 15002 or now 15007 - Microsoft Community


i noticed since ms has been back vacation there update (15002) went manually install.  downloaded, asked restart, did , got nothing.  when main page a pop up states updates not installed, click more information, , nothing there. every time reboot, windows tries download , wants install reboot again.  have done 5 times 15002 , 15007.  nothing, , windows downloading again type this.

the other problem delete previous install extent, disk space getting smaller , smaller every attempt this.  an ssd , not large 1 @ for os, wont have room download.

i have looked left on files can delete cant find any.

any suggestions welcome @ point don't want behind on updates , have reformat!!

help

also, other computer updated fine, difference is intel , amd. don't know if makes difference differences..........
