i have updated lumia 640 last night , when checked data usage, inactive. can't set it. nothing. can do?

mobile data not working. resolve this, please answer following questions:

  • have checked if mobile data working?
  • did issue happen right after updated phone's software?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
