Hdmi - Microsoft Community


have no sound when connect pc monitor hdmi cable

hi tatiana,

we know more concern better assist you.

  • did try test hdmi cable , check if issue still persists?
  • have tried updating sound driver?
  • have tried checking if hdmi device set default device?
  • are using windows 10 insider build? if so, may know operating system version/build?

also, if computer has multiple hdmi output ports, may try different ports , check if issue still remains.
