Huge cellular / Wifi data consumption with Tools & - Microsoft Community


i wonder why tools & productivity apps (such notes, calendars, office tools...) consume huge data amount on cellular network, while user creating low sized file, i.e. note of 20 kb.
1. data sense reports  >10 mb consumption on network these apps, while app saves few kb of file data.
2. app can track, log , trace such data consumption in detail?

? know kind of data wp uploaded internet? 

never gave phone model or operating system on
