IE 11 is churning pages - have to hit F5 to get them to load -help - Microsoft Community

hello all, , in advance... built pretty simple website (reskinned , customized themeforest template) , tested in chrome, firefox , edge (desktop) , on iphone -- looks , works fine.  of course i'm learning person built uses ie 11 , in code causing site hang on pages.  if hard refresh loads (that workaround sent him see pages).

, if scroll down in ie 11 , hit "buyers" or "sellers" buttons areas seem hanging (among others -- it's sporadic).

need insight issue might , can tweak stuff myself.  again, ie 11 seems have issue.  and yes tried run developer tools ie slow molasses on computer , getting me nowhere.

had never used ie 11 until today , doesn't work on computer -- sites churn -- , yes did reinstall/ reset of it.  so need more knowledgeable myself (as i'm content person / designer).
