i have problem offline folders version, can not acces files off line, not on server. windows telling me files used othe ruser, if turn off offline files can acces again 

any soluton ??

hi,

this issue may occur if there missing or corrupted system files. better understand situation, need ask few questions. please answer following information:

  • how many microsoft accounts using?
  • have made changes on device prior issue?
  • were able access file before?
